Are all your products handmade?

Yes! Every item is handmade and handpainted by me, which is why each piece is unique and may slightly differ from the models shown in the pictures.

Are the products safe to use?

Yes! All my products are made from high quality clays and glazes. Every item is safe for contact with food, waterproof and dishwasher safe. <3

Where are your products manufactured?

All of my products are handmade and handpainted by me in a ceramic studio in Copenhagen.

Where can I see your products in real life?

You can meet me and see my products at local markets in different cities, usually in Copenhagen or Warsaw. Subscribe to my newsletter or follow me on instagram @madziastudio to get more info about upcoming events!

You can also see my cups and get a drink at the Natalia.s_hair salon in Warsaw.

How can I customize my order?

When will I get my order?

Order processing time is usually 2-4 weeks. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Free shipping is over 100 EUR / 700 DKK / 400 PLN.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! Free pick up is available in Copenhagen and sometimes in Warsaw (if you are interested, please contact me for more details).

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes! There is a -15% discount if you order 5 or more items. :)

Can I order your products for my business?

Yes! If you want to collaborate or order my products for your business, please send your inquiry to studiomadzi@gmail.com and I’ll get back to you with a personalized offer and the best possible pricing.

What is the return policy?

My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
